District iPhone Return/Reassignment
- If "Find my iPhone" is active, please remove the device from your account.
- Remove any screen lock that may be on device
- Reset device back to factory settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all content and settings
- Notify Telecommunications of user change or to disconnect service, by sending an email to [email protected]
- If returning the cell phone, please send via District mail to Telecommunications Ed Ctr 1008
