District iPhone Return/Reassignment

  • If "Find my iPhone" is active, please remove the device from your account.

  • Remove any screen lock that may be on device

  • Reset device back to factory settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all content and settings

  • Notify Telecommunications of user change or to disconnect service, by sending an email to [email protected]

  • If returning the cell phone, please send via District mail to Telecommunications Ed Ctr 1008
