Executive Committee meetings are normally scheduled on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted below.

Spanish translation services will be available at all meetings.
 
All public testimony must be submitted in writing no later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Public testimony summaries will be read aloud.  Members of the public are welcome to submit additional information for review by the Committee.
