Staff and Administrator Reassignment
- The cell phone and associated number belong to the specific site and are funded by the site's budget.
- When changing sites, new cell phones will be issued as per availability or purchased by the new site department.
- This ensures continuity of communication and efficient resource use across all our sites.

If "Find my iPhone" is active, please remove the device from your account.

Remove any screen lock that may be on device

Reset device back to factory settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all content and settings

Notify Telecommunications of user change or to disconnect service, by sending an email to [email protected]

If returning the cell phone, please send via District mail to IMC Annex A
