LEARNING TARGETS
Ø are content standards, or portions of content standards for a subject area;
Ø identify what a student will know or be able to do;
Ø are identified for each three week learning cycle;
Ø posted in the classroom, communicated during the lesson, inherent in learning activities.
A COMMON ASSESSMENT is a
Ø test;
Ø quiz;
Ø written assignment;
Ø project; or
Ø oral presentation
This is required of all students in a particular grade and subject area.
