Keep the Arts Alive Jog-a-Thon
Wednesday, June 1, 2016
It is time for our annual Jog-a-Thon to support our art program! This activity helps pay for art instruction from our artist in residence and provides specialty supplies for our art department. It is an opportunity for Zamorano families to support our school while promoting exercise and school involvement for our students.
Our goal is to raise a minimum of $25,000. If each student at Zamorano raises $20.00, we will achieve our goal. We need to make this the highest earning Jog-a-Thon ever to continue to provide the outstanding art instruction from our artist in residence. Please help us by committing to our minimum of $20.00 per student. While prizes will be awarded as incentives, the real prize is helping to Keep the Arts Alive at Zamorano.
1. Students may start collecting pledges as soon as they receive their pledge sheet and envelope.
2. Sponsors may make a flat donation.
3. All pledge donations must be collected and turned in no later than June 8th to be eligible for prizes.
4. Students are encouraged to wear sunscreen and shoes that are appropriate for running.
Parents are welcome to attend the Jog-a-Thon and cheer on their students. The students will run in three groups as listed below.
