Get Involved and Stay Informed (01-15-2019)
Principal Olivero here with you weekly call out.
This is a little earlier in the evening but I want to make sure our 11th grade parents get this message before they head to school tonight for the 11th grade articulation meeting that will be in the auditorium at 6pm.
Just to know, we are coming to the end of the first semester. The grades earned on the next reporting period are for semester grades. Semester grades are the academic marks that go on a student’s transcript and permanent record.
Because we have finals next week, the early time before school starts tomorrow (7:20 am to 8:40 am) will be reserved for students to meet with their teachers for intervention and support. This intervention time is designed to allow students the opportunity to speak with their teachers about retaking tests, completing projects, assignments, or maybe completing extra credit work. Please know that bus pick up times for tomorrow will be on an early day schedule to make sure students have access to their teachers before school.
Finals next week will be January 23rd – 25th. Each testing day will be a minimum day where students will be let out of school at 11:59 am.
Finish strong Cents! Have a great week.
