EFFECTIVE MONDAY, MARCH 16TH,

ALL SDUSD SCHOOL CAMPUSES WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR. REQUESTS WILL STILL BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME, BUT VIA EMAIL ONLY- REGISTRAR CANNOT MAIL*.

*Please be prepared to provide an email address for the department or representative who will receive your transcript, if requesting to send it to a college/university.

 

 


 IMPORTANT! 

  • In order for UCHS to give you a transcript copy, this must have been the LAST school in the San Diego Unified School District you attended.
  • Transcript & Education verifications have a turnaround time of up to 5 business days. Registrar will contact you via email when it is your turn in line.

 Due to the large volume of transcript requests, there is no way to ‘expedite’ any particular request. 

 

All requests are processed in the order they are received.

 

 




 

If you are a current student, STOP! You must EMAIL your counselor for an unofficial copy of your transcript, or email Ms. Chavez for an emailed PDF copy.
