Dear Scripps Ranch Family and Community Members,
First I would like to express my deepest thanks to Coach Moran, Coach Engle and the entire football coaching staff who for the past two years have given our students an amazing opportunity to not only play football but mature as young adults. They stepped in, took charge and truly did a great job with our students. Many, many thanks!!
We then were tasked with interviewing candidates who could meet the expectations set forth by our former coaches and meet the needs of our community. With that goal in mind, we are excited to announce that we interviewed ten candidates and found one individual who we believe can meet and or exceed our expectations. We are proud to introduce the new football coach of the Scripps Ranch High School Falcons, Mr. Marlon Gardinera.
Many of you already know Marlon through his work as the Program Director for the Scripps Ranch Pop Warner Football Program. You may also know him for his work as the Site Governance Chair at Jarabek Elementary, his work on the School Site Council at Marshall Middle School, serving as a board member for Scripps Ranch Little League Baseball and his work in various other community events and organizations. His level of commitment, ability to connect with students, relationship with the community, football knowledge and passion for serving others are attributes that will contribute to the success of our football program. We are thrilled to welcome Marlon to be a part of our family and build on the tradition of excellence that is a cornerstone of Scripps Ranch High School.
