What is the School Site Council?
The School Site Council is a decision-making group that provides governance and oversight of the academic planning and budgeting process associated with the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) in order to meet the needs of all students. The SSC represents all the major stakeholders in the school community. The configuration of SSC is based according to state requirements and elections must be conducted under the principle that “peers elect peers.” SSC meetings are held at 2:30pm in the school library. All staff, parents/guardians, and community members are invited to attend meetings. If you would like to have an item placed on the agenda, please complete this SSC Request Form and someone will contact you within five (5) working days.
