Core Beliefs About Teaching and Learning
Every child will succeed when we discover what “unlocks” each one.
What we do in our teaching and interaction with a child may be a lifelong impression, perception, and memory – good and bad. Every child is someone’s baby – to treat as your own.
All children are unique and can learn when needs are met in a positive, and patient learning environment which fosters an attitude that all (teachers and students) can succeed.
Everyone can learn and with a positive attitude and trying your best each can develop their unique and special talent.
Every child can learn and when students know you care they will excel. Love of learning can be a powerful motivator. Learning takes place with mistakes along the way.
All students can achieve if they have the best instruction, positive supports, apply themselves, and are guided to their own strengths to move towards autonomy.
