ATTENTION PARENTS! Do you need internet access or service at home to support Distance Learning?

INTERNET SERVICE INFORMATION

Standard Internet offers through local providers were shared with families when they checked out Chromebooks during device distribution. If families are unable to obtain Internet services after device distribution, please call the family support line that is now available at (619) 260-2460 (Press Option 1).

Cox2Connect: The district also has a contract in place with Cox Communications to provide FREE Internet to students until the end of the school year who qualify for free and reduced meals. 

We encourage families who qualify for free and reduced meals to fill out the application for Cox2Connect to request Internet services under the SDUSD contract. No documentation, social security numbers, or other family income information is needed. If families cannot access the online application, they can call the family support line that is now available at (619) 260-2460 (Press Option 1) to assist with filling out the application. 

HOTSPOTS:

Additionally, students who qualify for free and reduced meals and live OUTSIDE of the Cox service area in certain zip codes may receive a HotSpot from our district IT services.

If you have concerns with your laptop and/or cord, please return to Crawford High School between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. this coming week for assistance.
