Documents Needed For Registration
- Student Residency Verification Required
Proof of Residency - In accordance with the California State Education Code, all students that will attend Lincoln High School are required to provide Proof of Residency. Copies of documents verifying proof of residency (Listed below) will be collected and kept on file in the Attendance Office.
All new students must provide ONE copy of the following “Proof of Residency”. Documents should NOT be dated before July 1, 2017. For returning students, if your address has changed, please provide the updated "Proof of Residency".
- Water bill
- Phone Bill
- TV/Cable bill
- Mortgage Document
- Rental Agreement
- Military Housing Orders
All new students must submit the following documents. (If you were a Lincoln student and left to another school, and now returning you must provide the following documents).
Must have ALL these forms:
- Transcripts - (Needed for student placement)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Copy of IEP - Only for students receiving Spec. Ed. Services
The Registration Packet must be fully completed and signed. We will not be able to process incomplete Registration Packet.
