 * No data for year because student population was not numerically significant

With overall school-wide growth in API of +61 for four years, the achievement gap is closing in Hispanic/Latino, socioeconomically disadvantaged and English learner student populations. There has been growth in Black or African American and students with disabilities populations, although the growth has not been as high. The Filipino student population has been the highest performing student population at Morse High, and there has been steady growth. There are new subgroups on which Morse is being evaluated, but there is not yet historical data, as the student populations were not numerically significant until recent years.

The graphs that follow provide a visual representation of the primarily upward trend in measurable subgroup and school-wide API performance for the past four years. Although there has been growth in each subgroup, growth goals have not been met in every subgroup, which is why AYP goals have not been met.
