Wednesday morning, March 20, our students participated in the Kids Heart Challenge, formerly known as Jump Rope for Heart. Principal Hernandez joined our students in the fun. Students earned money for the American Heart Association.
Barnard hosted visitors from Corona Unified this week. Teachers and administrators wanted to check out our Mandarin Immersion program to see how it works. They are hoping to open a program in their district.
Students in Ms. Allen's classes made "grateful cards" for staff members, explaining why they are thankful for everything that is done for them at our school. Students distributed them to staff before Thanksgiving break!
Our bandaid drive for Childrens hospital was a huge success. Here's James with the nurses at Childrens'. They had just run out of bandaids from our last drive so the timing was perfect.They were so grateful to receive the special bandaids that will be used in the Clinic.
