During the summer, enrollment packets are available for pick-up between 8AM and 12PM on the following dates:
June 19th, 26th, July 10th, 17th, 24th.
Required Documentation for Enrollment:
· Enrollment Packet
· Birth Certificate
· Proof of Residency (Current Utility Bill)
· Current Immunization Record (now 2 varicella shots are required)
· Most Recent Report Card/Transcript (used to ensure appropriate course placement)
· IEP/504 (If Applicable)
Enrollment appointments will take place in the morning, on predetermined dates, based on staff availability. Appointment dates and times will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
These are paper appointments only as counselors are not in the office during the summer. Your student will have a chance to speak with their counselor when they return for orientation.
