MMHS Spring College Fair

Sophomores and Juniors are cordially invited to the MMHS Spring College Fair next Monday, April 24th during 3rd period. We are expecting close to 40 college admission representatives from some of the most recognized schools in the country as well as some less known (to our region) gems.  Many of these schools are also very generous with scholarships and grants, often making them more affordable than our state schools.

This is a wonderful opportunity for students to meet the decision makers and find out more about these amazing schools.  I highly recommend any college-bound students to take advantage of this fair.

Students registration process:

1. Students must sign up in the Counseling Office

2. Pick up an EXCUSE FROM CLASS PASS approval slip (must be approved by 3rd period teacher)

3. Return EXCUSE FROM CLASS PASS approval to the Counseling Office to receive their College Fair Admission Ticket

Helpful student tips:

Students should bring a pen to fill out information cards (admission reps keep track of these and can result in helping with acceptance)

Come prepared to ask interesting questions about the schools

Don't be afraid to ask about financial aid awards and about schools you’re not familiar with (these can be some of the most generous and interesting)
