The Mira Mesa High School Foundation
The Mission of the MMHS Foundation is to provide financialsupport to Mira Mesa High School Students, Faculty and Staff in order to fosteracademic growth, improve the quality of services, facilities and activities andenhance community relations. The Foundation, its class parent booster organizations,scholarship sponsors, and other allied MMHS groups operating under the umbrellaof the Foundation’s 501(c.3) status as a Non-profit, California Public BenefitCorporation raise funds in order to support their projects. Among theseare: senior grad night, instructionalsupply and professional development grants to teachers, and collegescholarships to name just a few. Significant fund raising events are the annualmembership drive, Taste of Mira Mesa, Tuesday Farmers’ Market, and the MMHSGolf Tournament.
Support MMHS Foundation’s mission by becoming a member,joining the Board of Directors, participating on the Taste of Mira MesaPlanning Committee, shopping at the Farmers’ Market, or by giving a donation tosupport a specific project.
