Foundation Overview

The Foundation of James Madison High School

The Foundation of James Madison High School is a 501 (c)(3) Public Benefit Corporation. The Foundation supports the current student body and faculty through monetary means for programs, materials, equipment and physical improvements to the campus.  The Foundation is the “Brick and Mortar” that assists in bringing pride to those who have, currently and will attend Madison High School.

We also provide the members/clubs of the Foundation with the non-profit 501 (c)(3) status. This allows the clubs the ability and autonomy to fund raise for needed support and equipment, while maintaining oversight on such funds without the overwhelming expense of maintaining a non-profit status.
