Registration for 2015 – 2016 School Year.

Documents Needed For Registration
- Student Residency Verification Required
· Proof of Residency - In accordance with the California State Education Code, all students that will attend Lincoln High School are required to provide Proof of Residency. Copies of documents verifying proof of residency (Listed below) will be collected and kept on file in the Attendance Office.
- Water bill
- Phone Bill
- TV/Cable bill
- Mortgage Document
- Rental Agreement
- Military Housing Orders
Must have ALL these forms:
- Transcripts - (Needed for student placement)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records
- Copy of IEP - Only for students receiving Spec. Ed. Services
The Registration Packet must be fully completed and signed. We will not be able to process incomplete Registration Packet.
