Family Science Night

Friday, March 10, 2017
6:00 – 8:00 pm (food service at 5:30 pm)
LJES Lower Campus

Explore the campus as one giant laboratory where students and their families conduct hands-on experiments together across different disciplines of science. Jump right in and practice the power of observation, look at evidence to solve a mystery, discover through questioning, investigation and experimentation. Learn principles from an array of fields including biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, robotics and more with over a dozen different activity stations throughout the campus.

Brought to you by the PTO, this event is FREE for LJES families.

Come early for dinner, we’ll have catered options available for purchase beginning at 5:30 pm.

Interested in participating on a deeper level? Join our Family Science Night volunteer committee and help bring this inspiring event to life. Do you have an idea for an interactive station, want to be a part of a station team, or perhaps help with set-up or breakdown? We’d love to hear from you! No science experience necessary, just an enthusiasm for hands-on learning with our amazing LJES kids. Click here to sign up to volunteer!
