After School Programs


iMiddle offers several after school programs to enrich your child's academic experience. Here is a current schedule and links to PDFs of the flyers. New programs may be added. 



Meets on Tuesdays in Room 14 from 3pm - 4:30pm
Students learn about engineering, robotics, programming and working with others in this student-led club coached by Mr. Nusser. Teams will compete in the First Lego League and VEX Robotics competitions throughout the year.  https://sites.google.com/imiddlesd.com/robotics-team

Kid's Chess Club
Meets on Wednesdays in the library at 1:25pm 
Experienced instructors cultivate an appreciation for chess among students. In addition to having fun, students will learn and develop life-long transferable skills including critical thinking, decision making and improved concentration. Sessions are 8 weeks long. Chess Club 
This free club meets in the library from 3pm - 4pm and is run by students


Meets at the tennis courts on Fridays from 3-4pm
The Tennis Program is offered by Youth Tennis San Diego and taught by Mr. Vosburgh in five 6 week sessions. Rackets and balls are provided.
