Stop Bullying Pledge Week

National Cyber Security Awareness 

 
ASB spirited a week long campaign to bring awareness and solutions to student bullying on campus. Below are the daily themes that students and staff focused on:
  1. Pledge hand-print wall
  2. Each day had a different pledge-Toasting Not Roasting, Spot Switch, Eyes on You, Stand Up To Bullying, Random Acts of Kindness.
  3. Cyber bullying Training for ASB
  4. ASB conducted Cyber-bullying workshops for 9th and 10th grade students on Hoover Campus
  5. ASB attended the ADL Conference for Anti-bullying
  6. ASB will conduct middle school Cyber-bullying workshops at Wilson and Clark in March.

Meaning:

Students pledge to encourage other students vs. making fun of them

Students pledge to sit somewhere different at lunch.

(ASB will have lunch with circle of friends)

Students pledge to be an extra set of eyes and not allow anyone to be bullied

Students pledge to do something nice for another student, staff member, teacher

Students pledge to stand up to bullying
