San Diego Unified remains focused on ensuring every student will graduate with the skills, motivation, curiosity and resilience to succeed in their choice of college and career in order to lead and participate in the society of tomorrow. A review of your child’s high school academic transcript, as of the end of the fall 2019 semester, indicates that your child should take advantage of the credit recovery opportunities available during our Summer School Program. Your child may be deficient in the number of credits needed to graduate from high school, or he or she may benefit from a grade replacement so that he or she can apply to the UC/CSU system. Courses in which a student earns a D do not satisfy college admission requirements. Your child has been enrolled in the appropriate courses needed by their counselor.

Our program for the Summer of 2020 will be held in a Distance Learning format through iHigh Virtual Academy. Students will work from home at their convenience but will be required to check in with teachers weekly for support and proctored exams. Curriculum will be delivered through the Edgenuity Learning Management system.
