Jamie JorgensenHighlights from Principal Jorgensen's Sunday Night Update

Oct. 15, 2017

Good Evening Hearst Hounds,

This week, our message from Kid President is # 17: Treat everybody like it’s their birthday!

Family Art is on Wednesday and Thursday night at 6:30. If you signed up and are not able to make it, please let us know as we have a waiting list.

Red Ribbon Week starts October 23rd. We actually have a helicopter that lands on our field! A huge thank you to Blaine Ferguson and Scott Bligh for organizing this event for us. Please wear red to show your school spirit, and remember to drop off some baked goods in the lunch arbor to say thanks and show your support for our awesome public safety officers. We'll be boxing these tasty treats up for the service departments to take with them and enjoy.

Picture Day is Thursday, October 26th. Get ready to say cheese!

PTA is sponsoring the Spooky Dance on October 27th. Wear your costume, eat drink and be scary! PTA members are free, so join today.

Don’t miss our Halloween Costume parade on Oct. 31st. Students wear their costumes and parade around the playground before they go to class at 7:50.

Fall Festival is around the corner!  Save the Date for November 4th, 4pm –8pm.  There will be rides, games, food, a cake walk and more! Come join the fun!

Make it a great week or not. The choice is yours!
