I was California born, and raised in both California and Arizona. My family moved from Los Angeles to Prescott, Arizona, where I spent the majority of my childhood. Then, I went to the University of Arizona in Tucson where I studied music and French and where I met my husband, Eric, who was an engineering graduate student. When he finished his degree, we moved to San Diego, as I had a lot of family here and knew I loved it, and I finished my degree in International Business at San Diego State University (SDSU).
I continued my education at SDSU in the aspiring administrator’s program which includes a Master’s in Educational Leadership and administrative credential. Further studies have included semesters abroad in France, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
I am fluent in both French and Spanish and language is a passion. Every summer, Eric and I travel with our kids, Ethan and Adelaide, as I always want to practice my French and Spanish. Other hobbies include hiking, biking, cooking and planning for my students
I am excited to be a part of the Grant community.
