New Student Enrollment for School Year 2020 - 2021
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Dailard’s School Enrollment will be done via email at this time.
We look forward to meeting all our wonderful new Dailard students in the fall, in the meantime, Ms. Geoshi Howell, Registrar, will assist you.
In order to enroll your student, please complete the following documents:
Please note - we will not be requesting your child's social security number and will redact the number from any paperwork that is accidentally provided to our office.
Scan these documents:
· Birth Certificate
· Immunization records: yellow immunization card or a print out of your child’s immunization records from your doctor’s office (online).
· Proof of Residency: it must be a utility bill, either SDGE, Water bill, Cable bill, or Mortgage statement reflecting your name and address (we no longer accept rental agreements or leases).
ALL 5 forms and 3 scanned documents must be attached to one email and sent to email@example.com If possible, please send your scanned documents in a pdf format.
Please write student’s first and last name in email subject line.
If your child has received Specialized Education Services, please provide a copy your child's current IEP or documentation that services have been terminated.
