Anderson, Karen

Mrs. Anderson has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. She attended SDSU for her Masters in Educational Technology and teaching credential. Mrs. Anderson is credentialed in Math, Science, Business, and Agricultural.

She loves the fine arts especially theater, musicals, and classical music. Mrs. Anderson played the classical violin for over nine years, and dabbled with the tenor saxophone for a couple of years. Her favorite composer is Mozart!

Together with her husband and two kids they live on a small ranch east of San Diego that at one time or another has included horses, goats, rabbits, cat, dogs, ducks, turkeys, and a lot of chickens!! She is heavily involved in 4h and is a 4h leader.

Come visit the Agriculture Science Lab (aka garden and farm) We grow a variety of fruits and vegetables and are always looking for assistance with time, and donations. We also have chickens, guinea pig, rabbit, and visiting goats. There is a specialized advisory for students interested in weekly participation in the Lab with gardening and livestock.
