MONROE CLARK MIDDLESCHOOL SCHOOL BASED HEALTH CENTER
Our Mission: To promote health and wellness through quality health services, advocacy, and education in order to maximize student achievement.
The School – Based Health Center is back in its original location. The School Health Office is in the 300 building (back of campus) and the Clinics now has a separate entrance (ramp) on Myrtle Street.

A full-time Credentialed School Nurse, and a part-time Health Technician staff the Health Center.
Services Provided Include:
• First Aid
• Appraisal of student health including:
- vision screening, hearing screening,
- assessment for school attendance,
- IEP assessments, medication administration, and case management
• Communicable disease control
• Health promotion and counseling
• Referrals for Health and Community agencies
• Health record management
MONROE CLARK SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH& WELLNESS CENTER
A partnership with San Diego Unified School District, San Diego Family Care/Mid-City Clinic and La Maestra Family Clinic was formed at Monroe Clark Middle School to build a healthier community.
Our school-based Health & Wellness Center provides services to our students and siblings along with the students and siblings of our feeder schools of Hamilton Elementary, Joyner Elementary, and Rowen Elementary.

Hours: Tuesday/Martes 8:00-12pm Wednesday/Miercoles 8:00am - 5pm Friday/Viernes 8:00 am - 5:00pm
MidCity Community Clinic will resume its usual hours the first week of April. La Maestra Clinic is closed during the spring break and will reopen week of April 25th.
