Tdap Booster Immunization
School law requires all incoming 7th grade students to have proof of a whooping cough booster (‘Tdap’) shot, in order to attend school.

The FREE Tdap booster for Clark 6th grade students is scheduled for Tuesday March 1, 2016. The Tdap vaccine is required for all 7th graders. Your school will need your vaccine records. Child must be accompanied by parent.
