Ethan Williams

Mr. Williams has been involved in education for over 12 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Point Loma Nazarene University. He later pursued further studies in the Education Program at Point Loma Nazarene University and received his Multiple Subject and Special Education teaching credentials. Mr. Williams earned his Masters in Special Education from Point Loma Nazarene University and has also obtained a California Administrative Services Credential.

Mr. Williams began his career as an Education Specialist in San Diego Unified assigned to San Diego Cooperative Charter School in Linda Vista. He served in that capacity for 8 years before being promoted to the Director of Special Education for both the Linda Vista and Mountain View campuses of SDCCS. For the past two years, Mr. Williams has worked as a Common Core Cluster Support Teacher for Secondary Mathematics in SDUSD’s Office of Secondary Schools.

Mr. Williams believes that the mark of every great society is that children are the most important citizens and education the most revered profession. He is excited to join the Clairemont community and looks forward to working with the students, staff, and families of Clairemont as we work to support our most important citizens grow into their full potential.

Mr. Williams and his wife, Randa, are the proud parents of four young boys. When Mr. Williams is not supporting the Clairemont community he can be found pitching batting practice in the backyard, playing the piano or guitar, enjoying a great book and/or a delicious meal.
