Clubs that meet after school are planned by students and sponsored by teacher(s) who volunteer their time to supervise the club. Students who are interested in forming a club need to find a teacher who will volunteer to take on this capacity. Then they will often hold an informational meeting to find out who else in the school is interested in the club. If they determine enough students are interested, students with the help of the teacher sponsor must complete the required paperwork and determine other items such as a regular meeting time and date. Once ASB has approved the formation of each club, regular meetings can begin, and the information will be posted on the club's page under the section Clubs and Activities. Most of the clubs will start their informational meetings about the third week of school. Informational meetings will be posted on this page once the office has been informed of the news.
