Extended Day Program
PrimeTime provides academic support and enrichment activities before and/or after school for Alice Birney Elementary School students. These services are available at no cost to participating families through the After School Education and Safety (ASES) state grant funds.

SAY BIRNEY Extended Day Program (2017-2018)
AM: 6:30am to 9:15am(M-F)
PM: 3:35pm – 6:30pm(M,T,TH,F)
PM Modified: 1:30pm- 6:30pm(Wed.)
The Extended Day Program offers high-quality on-site care before and after school. The program is licensed by the State of California and maintains a ratio of at least one teacher for every 14 children. The program is a fun and rewarding experience for your child, providing a wide range of activities especially designed with your child’s age, skills, and interests in mind.
Fees are established to cover the cost of the program. Children must be 3 years old by December 1, 2017 and potty trained in order to attend this program.

A variety of after-school classes are offered during each block--fall, winter and spring. Notice of classes is sent home weekly or posted on peachjar.
Classes have included:
- Mad Science
- Martial Arts
- Academic Chess
- Heartlight Aerobic Dance
- UHAA Art
- Junior Theatre
- Spanish Club
Parents are welcome to request or recommend after-school classes.
