Parent Services provides support to families of students served by the SDUSD Special Education Department. This support includes a "Parent Helpline"; links to resources throughout the district, to name a few.

San Diego Unified School District Welcome Back

After many months of careful research, a new software vendor was selected from seven candidates for RtI, 504, GATE, Discipline and IEP.  The board approved SEAS as our new electronic IEP system. The district will begin piloting SEAS IEP this spring and fully implement district-wide ins September 2016. See SEAS IEP Fact Sheet for additional information.

  • The Family and Community Engagement Team would like to invite you to attend another series in our Parent University course offerings.  The elementary course Parent Teacher Conferences will be offered at various elementary sites on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 6:00 - 7:15PM.

Hello Families, The Family and Community Engagement Department is pleased to announce the various offerings for our Parent University free classes coming to a school in your neighborhood.  The first two courses being offered are "Reading Fiction and Non-Fiction" at various elementary schools and "A-G Requirements" at various Middle and High Schools.  Please refer to the flyers for date, location, and time.
