San Diego Unified School District Police Department Detective Tami Mason’s exemplary work was recognized at this year’s Crime Stoppers Enough is Enough luncheon. Detective Mason worked in an undercover capacity in a chat room last summer and posed as an underage girl, leading to a man's arrest on charges of child pornography. Detective Mason is also known across the county for helping other agencies working on social media posts threatening school violence.

“Detective Mason’s serves our district and community at the highest level. Her commitment to Protecting our Future is second to none,” said Chief Mike Marquez.
