Earn the California State Seal of Biliteracy!

Is your student graduating in 2026 and fluent in two or more languages? They may qualify for the California State Seal of Biliteracy, a special recognition placed on their diploma and transcript.

Review the eligibility requirements here. 

What You Need to Do:

• Check with your counselor to see if you are listed as Eligible or Pending.
• If your name is not listed, complete the Seal of Biliteracy Application
• Make sure all requirements are met before graduation.
