Testing companies, such as Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and ACT/SAT, will offer discounts if students/families meet their requirements. Testing companies require school staff confirm student's eligibility annually.
This
form includes all the eligibility requirements in an attempt to make the process a little easier. This information is seen by very few district staff in order to process your request. Site coordinators will only be told yes/no for qualification to ensure the student's confidentiality.
