
The 2025–26 Impact Aid Survey is now available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. All families must complete this short form by Friday, December 19, 2025.
To complete the form:
- Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
- Select Forms.
- Click 2025–26 Impact Aid Program Survey Form and follow the prompts.
- Sign and submit the form.
This annual federal survey helps ensure schools receive critical Impact Aid funding that supports all students -- including those in communities near federal property, such as military bases. Every completed form contributes to valuable resources for classrooms, teachers, and student programs.
