Coming soon after Labor Day: your family's complete step-by-step guide with everything you need to know, when to do it, and how to get help along the way — including how to use California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) to apply to UC and CSU schools, and Xello to apply to other colleges through the Common Application.
In the meantime, here's a quick heads-up: both the UC and CSU applications are open now, though the submission window doesn't begin until October 1 (running through November 30). We encourage students to begin their application through CCGI. Step-by-step instructions on how to do this will be included in our full guide after Labor Day.
