The Monitoring and Accountability Reporting Department provides guidance and assistance to schools implementing programs and activities funded through Title I. Responsibilities include supporting School Site Councils (SSCs), and the District Advisory Council for Compensatory Education (DAC), to effectively carry out their assigned responsibilities, and overseeing the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), Title I Schoolwide Programs (SWP), accreditation self studies (WASC), coordinating the California Department of Education (CDE) Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) on-site and online reviews, site reviews, and related activities.
