Posted on 03/14/2026

What families should expect for enrollment

The enrollment window for students currently enrolled in TK-6 opens Monday, March 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and closes Friday, March 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Families who enroll during this five-day window will receive a spot in up to 30 days of summer programming for each currently enrolled TK-6 student.

Families will not complete a general application through a public website form. Instead, each currently enrolled TK-6 student will receive an individualized enrollment link by text and/or email from TransAct. These messages will be sent using the primary parent/guardian contact field #1 listed in PowerSchool.

To make sure you receive your child's link, please confirm that your primary contact's cell phone number and email address are correct in PowerSchool by contacting your child's school office as soon as possible.

Key enrollment dates

  • Monday, March 23, 2026, between 7:00-8:00 a.m.: Families receive an individualized text/email link for each currently enrolled TK-6 student.

Why summer programming is focused on TK-6 this year

When planning this year's summer programming, the district carefully considered several factors, including reduced funding, grant requirements, attendance data, and school site facility availability due to scheduled construction projects. In previous years, summer programs were offered for UTK-8 students. However, due to low middle school participation in past Summer Academic and PrimeTime programs and current fiscal challenges, the district made a data-driven decision to focus programming on TK-6 students.
