Your Partnership Ensures Effective Communication and Student Safety

Keeping your student’s demographic information current in school records is essential. Accurate contact details allow our schools and district to communicate effectively with families, particularly during emergencies, urgent situations, or when sharing important updates about students’ education.

Outdated or incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or emergency contacts can significantly hinder our ability to reach families promptly when it matters most. This may impact your student’s safety and your access to timely information about school events, closures, and other vital communications.

How to Update Your Student’s Information

If you have recently moved, changed your phone number, email address, or updated your emergency contacts, please notify us as soon as possible. Information can conveniently be updated online through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please note that schools must have the feature to update demographic information in the parent portal turned on for you to access this option. If, after logging into the Parent Portal, you do not see the "Update Your Information" icon, please contact your school directly for assistance. Please take a moment to review and update your student’s demographic information.
