Here are things to assist you, whether you prefer to watch animated online training tutorials, read handbooks and job aids, or look up answers in a FAQ web page.
Training Materials
Handbooks and Job Aids are located at the bottom of this page. The same training materials are found via icon links next to their respective class listings on the Training Opportunities page. The orange icons are handbooks, and the blue icons are job aids.
Training Video Tutorials
Training videos are animated, narrated video clips that walk you through how to do specific tasks in PeopleSoft by demonstrating them in a simulated environment. You are encouraged to play videos in "Try It" mode, where you can interact with them, as a form of practice. They advise you what to do each step of the way. Or, you can simply watch the video run by itself in "See It" mode. This as a form of eLearning. You must enable pop-ups in your Internet browser window in order to use these tutorials. PeopleSoft tutorials must be viewed through the Internet Explorer (Windows) browser and cannot be viewed on Apple computers.
Please Note: You must delete/clear your browser's cache files before you view the training videos on any given day. Go here for steps on how to clear browser cache.
