Do you ever feel this way?

  • Sometimes I feel that I need a little extra help but am worried or afraid to ask.
  • Sometimes I get worried about a friend, but I don't want to ask an adult and not sure how to find help.
  • Sometimes it's nice to hear from other students who have shared my struggles.

Please take a moment to look through these resources which designed for students to support other students.

Teens Supporting Teens Resource Guides

This guide contains resources like Warmlines and Hotlines for you to call whenever you need to talk to someone. You can call or text with a trained professional and also speak with a trained peer if that is more comfortable.

Short Films Created by Students to Support Students

Sometimes it's helpful to know that what we are feeling and experiencing is similar to other students. Directing Change Film Contest is for young people age 12-25 that want to combine creative expression with making a difference in their communities by creating stories about mental health, suicide prevention, substance use and other topics that matter.

Here are a few short films created by teens to inspire and support teens.

Suicide Prevention:

Do you have a story to share, inspire or help others?

Ready to Try Supports?

  • Please reach out to any trusted adult at home, at school or within your community. They can help you to connect with a mental health provider by using the links within the "Access Mental Health Services" tab on the left within this website.
  • Call or Text 988 to connect with someone who is available to talk but also link you with the supports that you may need.

You are NOT Alone. You are NEVER a burden.

Please let someone be there for you.

You would do the same for a friend or family member if they asked.
