What is the Local Control Funding Formula?

The Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) includes a base, supplemental, and concentration grant. Part of the LCFF is the requirement for school districts to create a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) that:

Who is LCAP for?

The LCAP describes how the district plans to improve academic achievement for all. However, the supplemental and concentration grant must be designed especially to support the following student groups:
